We specialise in Contract Crushing. Our fleet of Portable Crushing Plants can accommodate the client’s specific aggregate specifications.
Using reputable blasting contractors who carry out all our shot firing, we can tailor a pack to suit, including overburden strips to expose the rock head and provide blasting to cater for aggregate volumes required. To then mobilise crushing and screening trains to produce aggregates from the blasted rock face.
We bring the mobile crushing and screening equipment right to your site. Our company coordinates a strategy with you to provide the materials that you need to fit your specific application. We can recommend a grading for every application tailored to offer solutions to meet your crushing and screening constraints.
Our loading shovels are fitted with calibrated Loadmaster 8000i X payload system in our Case wheeled loaders for accurate loading of all the haulers, we also offer in cab printers should load weights need be dispensed to hauliers, should the site not have weigh bridge facility.
We offer surveying solutions with our external surveying consultant who provides all our surveying & engineering needs.
Operating a conventional and fixed wing drones which collects all the relevant information, in much more detail than conventional surveying.
Using aerial surveys this omits any risks and hazards associated to placing engineers in the quarry environment.
All data collected is processed using CAD and LSS, to provide volumetric information, for commercial returns and geotechnical designs.
